We are now accepting admissions enquires and packets for 6th, 7th and 8th grade students for the 2020-2021 school year.

Interested? Embark Education believes it is vital for families to be informed and engaged in the overall education experience and we strive to individualize the admissions, enrollment and onboarding process to ensure that you have all the answers and understand our education philosophy and process.

We put a lot of information on our website, but really love to connect, answer questions and tell you about our school and philosophy to help you determine if this is the right environment for your child.

As you are exploring Embark, email us or set up a phone call below, and complete the enquiry form below! Then be sure to move to step two and set up a time to meet with us or join a small group tour to explore our model on location!


Tour & Meet n’ Greet

We’d love to meet with you and your family in person, show you the learning environment and answer your questions about Embark.

Please email us if none of the times in the link above work for you and your family and we can arrange a time outside of those hours.



After that initial tour and conversations, if it feels like a good fit for both student and family, we will invite you to submit the admissions questions, and packet.

Once you submit, we will be in touch soon to continue the admissions process.

Admissions packets and conversations should be completed before December 13, 2019. Initial admissions decisions will be based on packets received before December 13th and rolling decisions will begin in mid to late January.

Embark Education admissions timeline for 2020/2021:

Small Group Tour dates:

  • October 16 from 6:00-7:00 pm

  • November 13 from 6:00-7:00 pm

  • December 3 from 6:00-7:00 pm

Admissions packets and conversations held before December 13

Initial admissions decisions based on packets received before December 13th and rolling decisions will begin in mid to late January.

The complete admission process includes the following steps:

  1. Learn more about Embark by visiting our website and completing an official enquiry form.

  2. Attend a Small Group tour, schedule a personal tour or contact us to visit our space.  If you have not done so, please complete enquiry above.

  3. Schedule a one-on-one student conversation with a member of our admissions team.

  4. Schedule a parent/Guardian conversation with a member of our admissions team. 

    1. Depending on circumstances the student and/or parent conversations my occur in combination with a Small Group tour or Personal Tour

  5. Submit your admissions packet in person or online and make sure to include all supporting materials

    1. Something answering one of the three admissions questions

    2. One letter of recommendation from a non-family adult who knows you and can tell us about who you are and how you engage in the world.  Letters are welcome to be in the language of choice of the author.
